We know that not all photo shoots fall into just a simple hour or half hour. The first thing we like to do is hear what you’re wanting and make a plan that will be fun for your whole family. Along with longer, more tailored sessions – especially for our seniors – we also offer films to complement any photo shoot!
Additional Notes to Consider
Portrait sessions require a $100 non-refundable reservation fee to reserve the date; this fee will be applied to your total balance. All balances are to be made in full on the day of your shoot. Payment can be made either by card or cash.
Portrait Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, your retainer will be forfeited. This fee may be applied toward a rescheduled session only if the new session date is within 2 months of the original session date.
There are no travel fees within 25 miles of our home office. For all sessions outside local miles, a traveling fee will be added based on the IRS standard rate (currently $0.56/mile).
An image reveal session will be scheduled following our photo shoot. Print credits must be used at this time; appointment should be scheduled no later than 1 month after photos are ready or print credits will be forfeited. Print purchases will be made in person at our home office; arrangements will be made for out-of-town clients.
Digital files are for social sharing only; print releases will not be given. Online galleries will only be delivered after viewing appointment and print purchases have been made. All printing will be ordered through Josh Haltam Photography. USB flash drives are for personal print use only and cannot be used for resale, copying, or marketing purposes.
Allow 4 weeks for post-processing on standard sessions. All images remain property of Josh Haltam Photography.
